New Openings This Autumn

Notto Pasta Bar Dishes

As the leaves turn and the UK's dining scene heats up, autumn brings a fresh wave of exciting new restaurants to discover. Here are three launches we’re particularly excited about this season.

Soom Korean – Opening Late October
Korean flavours continue their rise in the UK with the arrival of Soom, a new contemporary Korean restaurant opening in late October. Expect bold, vibrant dishes celebrating the essence of Seoul’s culinary culture, from sizzling barbecues to comforting rice bowls, all served in a stylish, modern setting that promises to be a new favourite for fans of Korean cuisine.

NOTTO Broadgate – Opening End Of November
Following their acclaimed Pasta Bars in Piccadilly and Covent Garden, Michelin-starred chef Phil Howard and Julian Dyer are bringing NOTTO to Broadgate this November. The brand’s first venture into fast-casual dining, NOTTO Broadgate, offers a premium quick-service experience for City workers and Londoners on the go. Guests can enjoy six fresh pasta dishes cooked to order in minutes, wholesome salads, and a dedicated burrata bar - all crafted with the same ingredient-led care that defines the NOTTO name.

Bunsik Bristol – Open Now
Beloved for its Korean street food and iconic corn dogs, Bunsik expands west with a brand-new Bristol opening this October. The launch marks another milestone for the brand as it brings its playful, Instagram-worthy menu to the South West for the first time. Expect queues, crunch, and plenty of cheese pulls.

From indulgent pasta to vibrant Korean flavours, this autumn’s openings promise plenty to look forward to across the UK dining scene.
