Tácnbora, £42.50/ 700ml

Tácnbora, aptly named as the Standard-Bearer, is more than just a bottle of whisky; it's a blend of stories, heritage, and the rich tapestry of the Kingdom of Northumbria.

As the first spirit from Ad Gefrin, Tácnbora is the embodiment of their passion, a tribute to the land, and a celebration of the diverse cultures that have shaped this region.

Tácnbora skilfully blends whiskies representing two of the peoples that made up the Anglo-Saxon Kingdom of Northumbria – bringing together Irish and Scottish Whiskies.

Trinity English Garden Winter Gin, £42/ 500ml or £20/ 200ml

Trinity English Garden Gin bottle - Winter

The world’s first peated London Dry Gin

In collaboration with Green Room Distillery, Adam Byatt has created a unique series of English Garden gins inspired by the seasons for his Michelin-starred restaurant, Trinity.

The latest expression, Winter, takes inspiration from the smokey peat flavours of Islay whisky. Adam and the Green Room distillers travelled to the Isle of Islay to personally dig the peat, bringing it back to be dried and smoked at the distillery in London.

The distinctive peat taste is complemented with botanicals of clementine, Douglas fir, pinecones and heather, creating a full, well-balanced palate with fragrances redolent of winter.
