Sri Lankan-born chef, restaurateur and Executive Chef Sylvia Perera is the founder of Colombo Kitchen, with neighbourhood restaurants in Worcester Park and Putney. Known for its authentic Sri Lankan cooking and warm, family-led hospitality, Colombo Kitchen celebrates regional flavours while bringing people together through food.
